1.閥門的防爆設計:電磁閥門的防爆設計,是要把閥門中可能產(chǎn)生火花、電弧和危險溫度的零部件均放入隔爆外殼內,隔爆外殼使閥門內部空間與周圍的環(huán)境隔開,從而有效避免了閥門運行過程對周圍爆炸性氣體混合物的影響。
2.電磁閥的工作原理:電磁閥里有密閉的腔,腔中間是閥,兩面是兩塊電磁鐵,哪邊的磁鐵線圈通電,閥體就會被吸引到哪邊,通過控制閥體的移動來實現(xiàn)閥內的油壓控制,然后通過油的壓力來推動油缸的活塞,活塞又帶動活塞桿,活塞竿帶動機械裝置動。這樣通過控制電磁鐵的電流就控制了機械運動
